To keep the work useful, realistic and proportionate, I always start in a clearly defined, time-bound way. No long-term commitments. No packaged transformations.

Working together should feel useful, grounded and proportionate. If it becomes clear that I am not the right person to support you, I will say so.

Initial clarity session

A focused first step to clarify where pressure builds, decisions stall and responsibility or trust begins to fray.

Includes preparation, the conversation itself and a short written reflection.

This step is about clarity — not commitment.

90 minutes · approx. 7,500 SEK (excl. VAT)

Short advisory engagements

For organizations that want to address what emerges, I offer short, clearly scoped advisory engagements focused on:

  • decision-making under pressure

  • roles, accountability and mandate

  • collaboration and trust during change

Typical scope: 3–5 sessions
Typical fee: approx. 55,000–60,000 SEK (excl. VAT)

Ongoing advisory support

Some leaders choose to continue with limited, ongoing advisory support over time.

Always agreed explicitly and only after initial work together.

Monthly fee: approx. 15,000 SEK (excl. VAT)
